a Therapist
- You feel depressed, bored, blah, empty, unhappy for extended periods of time.
- Your fears inhibit your willingness or ability to participate in activities which are a normal part of life for others.
- Your relationships with the important people in your life are troubled or unsatisfying.
- You have difficulty forming or maintaining relationships.
- You find yourself repeating patterns you have tried repeatedly to change.
- You describe yourself as "my own worst enemy".
- You know that you are holding yourself back from achieving all that is possible for you.
- You have addictive patterns in your use of substances: (alcohol, drugs, food) or behaviors: (gambling, shopping, computer-use, sex).
- You are in a primary relationship with someone who is addicted.
- Your life feels devoid of meaning and purpose.
